DESIGN AND BUILD

MacMinn O’Reilly Mahon provide independent advice to developers on design and build projects.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

MacMinn O’Reilly Mahon offer a project management co-ordination service whereby, as clients independent agent, we strive to deliver the project on time and within approved budgets.

APPRAISAL DEVELOPMENT

The property development service MacMinn O’Reilly Mahon provides involves advising our clients on the overall development process including: - feasibility exercises, site acquisition and building construction costs and profitability exercises on potential developments.

INSURANCES

MacMinn O’Reilly Mahon provide a range of services for the insurance industry. We prepare reinstatement valuations for buildings, prepare insurance claims for damage caused and agreement claims on our clients’ behalf with insurance assessors.

PART V SUBMISSIONS

Agreement of compensation for the transfer of dwellings under Part V of the Planning Act can prove difficult. MacMinn O’Reilly Mahon provide to the developer a full service in this regard, calculating the amount of compensation due and meeting with the relevant Local Authority to agree same.
